I feel in love with spirul...Hey girl, good for you! I feel in love with spirulina when I discovered it last fall. I usually stick to a tsp in my morning smoothie, but I currently use an Earthrise blend of wheatgrass, spirulina, chlorella, and broccoli sprouts. It took me a year or so to work my way...Hi Marlie! It took me a year or so to work my way up to that but I love the "rush" I get from it! I'm also building muscle and cutting my body fat right now so I'm consuming upwards of 90 grams of protein per day. It's one of my main sources of protein right now :) Do you use it?
